Understanding the importance of flow and technique that goes into making the perfect espresso. Not only the theory, but spend the time under the watchful eye of a professional to perfect your new found skill.
Equipment Understanding and Maintenance.
An in-depth discussion and practical time on all the equipment a barista uses, including the toolkit (barista kit), espresso machine, and bean grinder. It is all about understanding of the inner workings of your equipment to adjust to any grinder or espresso machine you may come across.
Milk Preparation & Latte Art.
Learn the key techniques for preparing micro-textured milk, applicable to every espresso-based drink. Learn the importance of presentation standards when preparing your coffee including latte art demonstration. This course gives you ample time to hone the skills of the theory you pick up in our theory from Day 1.
A comprehensive guide to preparing all the espresso-based drinks on a typical barista menu.
